So really since school has started, blogging has been put to a halt. As much as I'd love to look at everyone's amazing & inspiring daily posts, I can't :( Agh I feel like I have so much to catch up on! Feature Friday!

Starting now, I am doing this new thing called Feature Friday. Every Friday I will be featuring a friend of mine's cute bedroom, home, or diy idea. Can't wait! :)

To kick it off, I am featuring one of my best friends, Lauren!

DIY IDEA from LAUREN:

What she used:

thumb tacks

glitter

coffee filters

tree branch

clothes pins

a nail

How to flowers: First take the push pins and apply glitter to them {extra effect}. Then take 3 or 4 coffee filters with a push pin, and push the pin into the wall. Then, crinkle the coffee filters, BUT be careful not to over crinkle them so they look fresh.

How to hanging branch: Put a nail in the wall and stick the end of the branch into the nail {it's that simple!} Take your pictures and some clothes pin and hang!

*For an extra effect: Spray paint your tree branch silver or gold!

Ready for Spring?

Spring is just around the corner and I cannot wait to wear bright colors again! I love the winter for its cute scarfs, big peacoats, and knit beanies, but I am a huge fan of color, which is not so popular at this time of year. So yay for Spring, thanks for saving me!

DIY Art

Today, I just came across some amazing blogs. One of which is Moth Design. I was searching through the photos of Erica's home, and fell in love with her creative idea of framing shopping bags! I always hate to throw away my cute bags from juicy, anthropolgie, etc. But I never thought of using them as art! Here are some picture's of Erica's adorable closet...
